Glossary / Lead

Lead

A lead is a person who has raised a hand: a call, a form, a chat, a quote request.

For a service business the website has one real job, which is producing leads. Everything else on the page exists to make that more likely.

Count them. Know where they came from. A site that looks great and produces nothing is a cost, not an asset.

Think Bright pages keep your calls to action, add tap-to-call where it helps, and save form leads to your records. Liv, our chat concierge, will catch questions after hours as a widget when the chat ships.
