Do you rebuild the whole site or just the homepage?

The whole site. Every page you have comes across. You see the match first, page by page.

Will you change my content without asking?

No. The first thing you see is the match. Nothing gets invented. Changes only start after you approve the match and pick a look.

What if I want to edit something myself?

Click the key icon on any page. Edit in place. If you would rather talk than type, leave a voice note.

How is it run, and can I export it?

Your site runs on the Think Bright System. HANS builds it, a person at Think Bright reviews it, and the editor, forms saving to your records, staging and hosting run with us on your own domain. Exports are easy: your HTML pages and your assets are yours to download any time, and every build ships with a README that says what ran where. Your words and photos are always yours. The Think Bright System, its widgets, templates, editor and review stay ours, which is the part nobody else exports either.

What happens during the 7-day staging link?

You get a private link only you and the people you share it with can see. Review it. Send notes. When you say go, it goes live on your domain.

Do forms still work?

Yes. Forms save to ThinkBright's own records. You do not need a separate form plugin.

Can I sell online or take bookings?

Online ordering and checkout run today on a ThinkBright-built store. Bringing them onto your Think Bright page as widgets is next, and specific platform integrations are added as each is proven. Booking and invoicing are on the roadmap, not built yet. If you need them now, we scope them with you.

Who do I contact when something breaks?

Your project queue. HANS picks it up first, a person reviews the fix, and you see the before and after. Response times are stated in your plan.

Will it actually be faster?

We measure your current site first and show you the number. If it already passes Google's speed checks, we tell you. One Houston commercial printer went from 65 to 98 after the rebuild. That is one measured rebuild, not a promise. Yours gets measured the same way.

What if I do not like the new look?

You see the match first, with nothing changed. Then you pick from three looks. You get a private staging link for 7 days to sit with it. Nothing goes live on your domain until you say go.

Why not just use a builder?

If you want to do everything yourself and pay the least, a builder wins on price. If you need deep native ecommerce with hundreds of products, a big platform has more built in today. Builders start from a prompt; we start from your site. And on most of them AI edits are metered by credits. With Think Bright Sites, editing is part of the plan.

Do you register or hold my domain?

No. We are not a registrar. Your domain stays with your registrar. At go-live we change two DNS records, keep your email records untouched, and keep the old record for a week so we can roll back.

Two more you should ask. "What if you go away?" The file still renders anywhere; the platform pieces stop, and the README says what to swap. "Is it really my site or a template?" It is your site. We start from your live URL, not a template gallery, and you see the match before anything changes.
