CRM

A CRM is a system that keeps track of your leads and customers: who they are, what they asked, and what happened next.

It can be a real product or a careful spreadsheet. The point is that no inquiry falls through. Every call, form and quote has a place.

Website forms should feed the CRM, not a random inbox. That link is what turns a website into a lead machine instead of a brochure.

Forms on Think Bright pages save to ThinkBright's records, where your project lead can review them with you. If you already run a CRM, ask about connecting it.
