Lighthouse is Google's free tool that scores a page from 0 to 100 on performance, accessibility, best practices and SEO.
Anyone can run it from Chrome or from Google's PageSpeed Insights page. It loads your page on a simulated slow phone and reports what it found. The performance score is the one most owners quote.
Scores move with network conditions and time of day. Run it three times and take the middle. A score in the 90s is green. Below 50 is red.
